1. Parties

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are agreed between Dezbor ("Provider") and the organization agreeing to these terms (“Client”).

2. Technology

The Client agrees to have a custom-built dashboard created by the Provider. This customized dashboard will be built on top of the existing Dezbor platform.

3. Intellectual Property

The source code provided by the Provider, excluding any Client content, is the property of the Provider. In the event of an agreement ejection, the Client can opt to acquire the custom code, subject to an additional fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

The pricing for the custom dashboard service will be as agreed in the contract. Any changes will require mutual agreement from all parties. Payments to be made will align with the signed proposal between the Provider and the Client.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by the Client must be provided in writing and requires a 30-day notice. Any payments made towards development costs are not refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Provider will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the custom dashboard.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Provider has the right to change these Terms any time with written notice to the Client. The Client's continued use of the custom dashboard constitutes agreement to the changes.
